Hi,The eligibility criteria to pursue Bachelor's degree in Germany is to complete 13 year education and knowledge of German language. In India, we have 12 year formal education, so in order to study your undergraduate course in Germany you must have one more additional year. To fulfil this criteria, you can clear your IIT-JEE Advance.
Complete the first year of a recognized Bachelor's degree programme.

Hi, Good Question. I know many IT professionals who are from normal/average college but holding Sr. positions. It does't matter the college if student is good. However, we live in the age where placement, company matters too. In that case Better, Top most college can provide this facility. Also you need to keep in mind better/top colleges fees will be higher for obvious reason.
