Yes, you can do this. According to IGNOU in its elligibility criteria:
1. For admission to M.Sc. Candidate must have passed Bachelors degree from a recognised university.
2. Admission to the M.Sc. Programme is based on the marks secured by the candidate in their qualifying degree examination.

You can apply for college. There will be a process regarding admission where you have to clear GD, PI other than entrance exam scores. If did well, you have chances to get BIMM.

You have to appear for JEE /CET exam, and also HSC exam.
There is 50% importance to each exam score.
If your total percentile is above 90% then there are chances of you getting in COEP.
If you belong to any reservations then you will definitely get in COEP and Instrumentation.

Hello Priya,
Minimum eligibility for UG courses is pass in HSC or Plus two examination in any relevant stream from recognized board. Selection to B.Com courses is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination followed by interview.

The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict which all colleges you can get. Wait for the final AIR declaration

So, to take admission for MBA, the graduation percentage should be greater than 50%, if you are from Open Category. And, if you are from cast then percentage should be greater than 45%. Hope this helps you. Thanks.
