There are 3 different courses that you can consider-
M.A. in English Revised
M.A. Honors in English Studies
M. A. Honors in English and Cultural Studies
Admission and Eligibility-
Those who have obtained the B. A. degree in the Mumbai University or a Corresponding degree of any other University recognized as equivalent thereto.
(i) Students must have obtained at least 50% of marks (55% in the case of graduate from other Indian Universities)in the six papers in English.
(ii) Students who have offered at least three papers in English Literature carrying 300 marks are also eligible for admission to the M.A. part-I course in English.
(iii) Students who have passed the B.A. degree examination without the minimum required number of papers in English, or any other under-graduate degree such as the B.Com. or B.Sc. will be considered as faculty change students and will have to appear for an ENTRANCE TEST conducted by this Department.

Hi,
Educational Loans and Financial Assistance are offered by almost every college.
CBSE offers 550 scholarships based on its Class XII examinations, purely on merit basis @ Rs. 500 per month for pursuing Under-Graduate education in non-medical and non-engineering courses in recognized colleges. At the end of three years, there will be in all 1650 scholars who will receive these scholarships.
CBSE also conducts entrance exams for medical and engineering students, viz., AIPMT and AIEEE. CBSE will offer 500 scholarships every year, 350 for engineering students and 150 for medical students, for pursuing these courses. The rate of scholarship would be Rs. 1000 per month. The scholarships will be based on the top ranks received in these exams.
Various other scholarships are there with respect to the concerned college-
Merit scholarships: On the basis of overall academic achievement.
Need-Based Scholarships: Designed to fund the less-fortunate students in their academic pursuits.
Athletic Scholarships: Given to star athletes by some universities to recruit them for the athletic teams.
School-Based Individual Scholarships: Specific scholarships relevant to the university.
Full/Partial Scholarship : Most times students are given partial scholarships which normally cover simply living, simply books, or part of the tuition fees.
