Humanities and social science institutions are heavily dependent on a few faculty shifting from one institute or university to another, So there are no permanent top 10 in this countdown show. At thispoint of time Jamia, ACJ, IIMC, Nitte, SIMC, Pondicherry appear to be the best, Some dont offer undergraduate programs. Many of these may not even figure in your top 10 because unlike in the West, we don't give space to rank the best emerging universities or colleges here. Try your luck in some of the institutions I have listed. But never pay more than 1.5 to 2 lakhs for any BA program. Anywhere.
