Hi Pranay,
The national universities are free and extremely competitive for international students to get into a free university. German universities require 13 years education, hence after your 12th you must either clear IIT JEE Advanced to be eligible to apply to a Bachelor’s degree program. Another option is to enroll into a Bachelor degree in India and complete the first year. Excellent academic grades, knowledge of German language and IELTS scores are pre-requisites.
