Utkal University offers a distance course in B.Com Honours and there is no entrance exam for the same. You can directly apply to the college for admissions.

Hello Akshay,
I will suggest initially you search for good college and then think of specialization because you can select the specialization in second year for which you have ample of time remaining. If you get a good college, then specialization does't matters much, what matters is then placement and companies on campus.

Paper-I would have general aptitude test, which consists of sections like reasoning ability, comprehension reading, mental ability, and general awareness, etc. There will be 50 questions each of two marks. As per the UGC NET exam pattern 2018 Exam, the candidates must attempt all the 50 questions. Paper-II will have 100 compulsory MCQ (Multiple choices with single correct answer) questions each of two marks. Paper-II covers entire syllabus of the subject selected by the candidate.

KIIT is not good. KIIT tells they provide 100% placement, this is absolutely lie. KIIT always tell a lie about their placement scenario, their the highest packages. There is a large gap between what they tell about placement and what they provide. KIIT only takes a large amount of money from their students.

Almost, every institute offers admission for lateral entry same as Birsa Institute of Technology do. BIT conducts separate exam for that and the number of seats through lateral entry in all branches are 10% of the normal seats.
