The cut off marks for the year 2017 is not announced officially. So I am giving you the cut off marks for 2016. Please click the following link:

These scores decide your admission for CSE at Pilani campus.
You should at least score 380 marks.
The aggregate marks should be 75% and in each subject you should have 60% (physics, chemistry, maths/biology). This is the minimum percentage to be eligible for admission otherwise you will not get admission.

Hi Amrjit,
SRM university is a good option and also you can easily get a seat with your rank.
The best campus for SRM university is the main campus ( Kattangulathur-Chennai) and the rest are not equal to that of studying here.
You need to attend counseling because BITSAT is really a tough exam and you will have a chance to get a seat only if you score 300 + out of 450.
When you compare BITS with SRM, the SRM university is not at all worthy.
BITS, Pilani and its campuses are the best among the private universities in India. their standards are equal to the IITs. If you are sure about scoring atleast 300+ then you don't need to attend counse
