Hi Saifullah Khan,
Your score is not enough to get admission at VIT, JEE Mains (JOSSA counselling) and Manipal as they require lot of marks.
So, you cannot get admission in those colleges.
The only way is to get admission through your board exam scores as you have a percentage of 81, you can get some good colleges through counselling but those colleges will not be as worthy as studying in VIT, Manipal, etc.
See the ranking of the colleges you get and choose the best one.
The NIRF ranking is given in the following link:
https://www.nirfindia.org/EngineeringRanking.html
All the best.

As you have not appeared for JEE Mains so it is difficult for you to get a good govt. college for CSE. Now try to focus on state level entrance exam but most of them have gone. Some colleges like CU take direct admission on the basis of your 12th %. CU also has pretty impressive placement record. So you can also approach there for pursuing CSE.

Hello Sanchita,
At first, congratulations for such a good rank. You will easily get into top NITs I'm sure. Admission in IIIT-Hyderabad depends on JEE Mains marks. If you got near 240, then you may expect to get it but I'll suggest to go for NIT-Warangal. All the best.

Diploma in Engineering from polytechnic is not a graduation degree. You will not be eligible to seek admission in MBA unless you complete your graduation degree. If you have done diploma after 10th then Diploma marks may be taken against 12th marks. But if you have done Diploma in Engineering after 12th then 12th marks will be taken.
