There are many good oil & gas companies operating in India and they offer good roles. A lot of companies directly or through consultancies hire Indian for foreign locations. Also, in oil & gas industry, one can directly apply to outside India and can expect to be hired if have a good profile. So, prospects are not bad.

Yes, the GNA University is good for placements in every field. Recently, GNA University's students of CSE were placed in Tata Consultancy Services, students of animation and multimedia are placed in Virasat Films, Mohali. Hospitality students got internship in Taj Hotel and palaces. GNA University provides good internships as well as placements.

No difference in the package. Infact, you may get more than B.Tech Comp Science grads, as a few companies may treat you as Post Graduate. Once you are an engineer or in the process of becoming one.
