No it is not fake institute. As i surf on internet and Ministry of HRD contact. Bivha international school is 100% affiliated with IGNOU as community college, LPU (As distance education center), IGCSE (For International Curricula).Few colleges may increase your time of course. Depending upon their batch and other circumstances.
