Hi Shivam,
As per my search, in India there is no robotics at under graduate level, you need to opt for it at Master's level (M.Tech).
Only Mechanical, Electrical, Computer and Electronics engineers are eligible for persuing M.tech in Robotics.
Please contact the institute officials personally for specific details.
Please feel free to discuss more. Click on the thumbs up or mark it as the best, if you found this useful.
Wish You Luck!

If you don't like the copy-pasted answer then here's the difference.
BA Hons Journalism caters only to the print media. Basically, it restrains the course to teaching about newspapers, magazines, etc. (Maybe even TV reporting, etc.). However, BA Hons Journalism and Mass Communication will take you through everything related to media, such as film making, photography, journalism, etc. Though this course will not be comprehensive as it is covering a wide number of subjects.
