With 15 years of education i.e 10+2+3, UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue MBA, as in order to pursue MBA from US you need to have 16 years of education i.e. 10+2+4.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
