Instead of government, I believe that you must try with privately or jointly run medical colleges. Though the privately run colleges have quite a high fee, starting from 4 lacs P.A (tuition fees) in a common scenario. Still, there is almost no chance. So I suggest you try harder next year.

Its quite difficult to answer because Aerospace department is just 2 years old. In 2015, it was around 3000+ for general. In 2016, it came down to 2000+ for general. So, if you are in 12001800 range, you can have some hope to GET a seat.

Yes, of course you are eligible for ICBM-SBE but the admissions for the new batch are already over.
The admissions in ICBM-SBE begin in the month of January and gets over by the end of March.
The classes start in the first week of June.

Pass in 10+2 from any stream with 55% marks in aggregate. The complete course is covered in 3 years. Search for colleges and before all of this, think what you want to become like ATC, etc.

Sorry to disappoint you, but your ranking is quite low, so I don't think you'll get IPU. However, there are various other colleges in which you can try your luck.and take a right decision for your future.
