Hi Tanya,
Yes, you can apply for the course. Admission is based on the marks obtained in qualifying exam. Selected list of admitted candidates would be displayed on the DU admission portal.
Admission is confirmed only if online admission fee is paid with in the stipulated time. One candidate can take admission only in one course in one college at any given time.

Yes, you can appear for CTET. The eligibility criteria for Paper I for class I to V, you must be passed senior secondary with 50% marks and done Diploma in elementary education. For Paper II, a candidate must have done Bachelor's degree with 50% mark and Bachelor of Education passed or appearing.

Yes, you can, but it will eat your time. I think, it doesn't make any sense. But, if you want to do then go for it. IGNOU will be good for you. There are three ways to complete your graduation. Credit transfer, lateral entry and breaking study. You will get the admission as a lateral entry.

Cut-off marks vary year on year. Your admission will be based on your percentile. CMAT percentile cut-off for general category revolves around generally 94-95. So you can predict accordingly. All the best.

If you are working, or is in the final year of graduation and is ready to give CAT next year, then surely that's the best option. You can attempt other entrances like XAT CMAT NMAT etc. And try to GET into a good college. But, do make sure you do something productive or take some new courses to add to your CV while dropping the year, because during interviews you might have to justify the year gap. Otherwise, if you don't have any high expectations on the placement side then you can right away take admission in colleges like NDIM, Jaipuria Institute, SCMS Cochin, Alliance Bangalore, ITM Navi Mumbai etc.
