This is a very basic question which strikes all graduates.
Pursuing MBA directly after graduation or taking up some work ex before MBA both have its pros and cons
1) If your graduation score is good and CAT/ MAT score is good also.you will get MBA admission in your desired college.you should definitely pursue MBA immediately
2) If you plan to study in India only then work ex is not that important.
3) If you have higher study plans outside India then prior work ex is definitely a plus.
4) Working before MBA will help you gain more confidence and knowledge to choose the correct specialization field.
5) At the same time many students feel trapped in job and find it difficult to take a break for doing MBA and leaving regular income source. in such cases they opt for executive MBA.
You should weigh all pros and cons and choose your card wisely
