Dear Diwakar,
CS (Company Secretaryship) is a distance learning program offered by ICSI. You can join CS along with regular/distance B Com. Minimum Elligibility is pass in 10+2.
If you are number savy and have genuine legal aptitute then you can go and join you should also have to have good english & math skill.
ICSI also offers online tution fascility with aditional cost.
If you are focused it will not look like too much hectic.
There is a special credit sharing arrangement between IGNOU-ICSI & Bhartihar University-ICSI. for BCom-CS.

Many Colleges in Pune to Offer Poduction But I advice you Choose ME at BE degree & after MEWith Production is Best option you. Look If you go with BE Production, You not Spread in field, If go With ME Production after BE Mechanical Chances high & you go your Choice Field.

To pursue B.E. / B.Tech :
- You need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, they are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%.
- You need to appear in entrance exam.
2)

Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
