I am very sorry for the delay in replying to you .
Yes , it is true that the university does not require GMAT or TOEFL as a mandatory criterion. It is also not true that GMAT/TOEFL is required for visa purposes, as we have had several students obtain their visas without either of the exams .
The university of Redlands emphasizes more on academic scores rather than GMAT. A good degree from a good university is what they look at, apart from work experience, SOP and resume. ( work ex not mandatory ).
