As ur score in 12th is not very good. u should visit the official websites of certain colleges whether they accept u on the basis of ur NATA score. Otherwise there are certain other colleges also which conduct their own entrance exam for the admission of B Arch. U should visit the official websites of certain colleges/institutes which provide better education and quality service to the students. Some of the best colleges are:-

Please explore Sports Authority of India (SAI ), NS South Centre, University Campus, Bangalore for a certification in Personal Trainer/ Gym Instructor .Nike Aerobics Course and Reebok Instructor Certification programme (www.reebok.com ) are also held from time to time in Banglaore and they advertise it through the local newspapers.

Assuming your category to be general. It is not sure that you would make it to the top NITs or IITs. You must be having a home state quota. Make use of that to get good branches in NIT of your state.
As far as branch is concerned, it entirely depends upon the choice of an indivudual that which branch he/she likes or the subject in which the person has certain fondness.
So choosing A branch depends on you.
