1)Considering CS as Company Secretary, It is not advisable to go for M.Com as CS is equivalent to it. Also CS is such a professional certification which has a statutory importance for companies in the corporate world.
2) Secondly if CS stands for Computer Science, than it is advisable to go for M.Com with some specialisation, may be if possible in Computer Science itself. It will be an added advantage for your career. I hope you will be able to now decide your next course of action. Wish you luck.

Hello Liju, there is no ranking system in Germany, every university is good and there is not one university over the other. The TU9 universities are more competitive in terms of admissions. RWTH Aachen, TU Berlin, University Stuttgart,TU München, KIT Karlsruhe are some universities to be considered.

No,it is not necessary to study maths in class 12 th. You are also eligible if you have studied biology in your class 11th and 12 th along with physics and chemistry.

I think you should go with RTU, Kotak Civil engineering than MBM Chemical Engineering because the chances of getting Government Jobs just after your undergraduate is more in Civil. Further, somehow college matters but in your case I think you should opt Civil Engineering. Also, both the branches are GAS so make your choice wisely.

Yes of course, you are eligible to apply for B.Com course after completing 12th. To apply for this course, you should have completed intermediate from a recognized school or equivalent qualification. You must have secured at least 60% marks for general candidates and 55% marks for reserved categories. There are no entrance examination for B.Com course but few reputed institution or universities may conduct the entrance examination.
