After completing Hotel Management you can work with hotel groups and resorts. You can also work in cruise liners, aviation kitchens,trains etc. You can pursue as an event manager, front office manager,you can also start your own business as you would be having the required knowledge. There's a lot of scope it all depends where you land.

If you have done textile engineering then PG from NIFT will be a better optiin because NIFT is related to designing. M.tech through GATE also have options for pursuing course related to designing but. there are very few colleges and courses available in this case. Hence go for NIFT.
