If you are looking for one year course it will be only a diploma program
Normally for diploma program they will not issue student visa.
Hence you have to take up two year post graduation degree only.
This will cost you around 16 to 18 Lakh tuition fees and you need 12 Lakhs for living expenses. You need IELTS 7 band in all modules and the only you can register in your respective council and then you can work in your profession.
You can also look into UK option. Because in UK PG is one year and your cost will be only around 8 to 9 Lakhs.
