After completing BDS, you may find employment as :
-Consultant

Salary :
Salary depends on various parameters such as size of the organization, profile, qualification, experience etc.
But, still, to give you a brief idea,
-As a trainee in government hospital you can earn initial salary of around Rs. 6000 every month with allowances.
-In private hospitals per month it could be around Rs. 3,500 – 4,000.
-After post-graduate, you can earn around Rs. 7,000 upwards.
-A dental surgeon can earn good amount of money by their own practice.
-A consultant charges from Rs 250 onwards for cosmetic filling or routine check-up. This may increase up to Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,000 depending upon the nature of the dental problem.
-A well experienced dentist can earn around Rs 30,000 to Rs 1, 00,000 or more per month.

As per your query you may consider pursuing certificate of diploma course in:
- Retail Management.
- International Business Strategy.
- Luxary Brand Management.
- MS office.
- Advance Ms-excel, etc.
However as per your profile I would suggest to work for 1-2 years after completing your BBA and then opt opt for further studies, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialized course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.

1. Education background of the students. i.e. 50% marks in graduation.
2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
5. Other activities like participating in various event like debates, quiz, extra curricular activities, etc.

Find below some of the finest universities in UK to pursue MBA:
1. Lancaster university.
2. University of Strathclyde.

However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:

Now coming to jobs then please remember no university in UK guarantee job to its students, getting a job depends entirely on the knowledge level and calibre of the students.
