Hi,
Both the universities that you have mentioned i.e. UTS Sydney and University of Melbourne are among the good universities in Australia.
A degree form either of these universities is world wide acclaimed and acknowledged.
Both of the courses have good career prospects, but please remember in order to pursue MBA form universities abroad it is always advisable to have at least 2-3 years of relevant full time work experience after graduation and then apply for MBA, or else if you do not wish to work and wish to continue with your studies then you should opt for Masters in management.
I hope this answers your query.

If you are in a professional HR related job and wish to go for modelling, I would suggest that you make contacts with the agencies involved in providing models and with agencies which create the advertisments. If you can get a couple of good assignments then your work will speak for yourself. Till then however keep working in the HR area. Yes, one more advice to you and that is not all models are required to look good everytime and therefore for initial assignments do not bank on your present looks. Just try to get the assignments even if you need to look comic in them.
