Since you have already pursued your bachelors in Business Economics, it would be beneficial for you to pursue MBA or an MA rather than going for MA in English or Mass Comm as it will be a totally different line. But as you have asked about Mass Comm, i would like to say that Mass Comm is a very demanding profession and offers a lot like Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, PR etc. Mass Comm as a career is very challenging and requires a lot of hard work. Few good colleges like MICA, XIC, IIMC, Jamia etc conduct their own entrance exam. There are few other institutes that provide Mass Comm. For the list of institutes you can check the below link

I would like to answer your question in points:
1) Experience certificate should not be a problem provided you can give recommendations from the company you are working in. If you provide atleast 1 recommendation from your current manager, it would not be a problem at all.
2) Scope of telecom is very good. It is a booming industry.
3) There are many good universities in the USA which you can target for the MS telecommunications program. Please find below the names of the universities:

In order to secure admission in the above mentioned universities, you would require to score a very good GRE score(Preferably above 1100) as well as a good TOEFL score(Preferably above 100) as these universities are one of the best universities in the US for Ms Telecommunications.
