Since you have already pursued your bachelors in Business Economics, it would be beneficial for you to pursue MBA or an MA rather than going for MA in English or Mass Comm as it will be a totally different line. But as you have asked about Mass Comm, i would like to say that Mass Comm is a very demanding profession and offers a lot like Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, PR etc. Mass Comm as a career is very challenging and requires a lot of hard work. I would like to answer your question in points:
1) Experience certificate should not be a problem provided you can give recommendations from the company you are working in. If you provide atleast 1 recommendation from your current manager, it would not be a problem at all.
2) Scope of telecom is very good. It is a booming industry.
