But if you are stubborn on distance education mode and is comfortable with it, do visit www.sskcollege.com. Again Karnataka State Open University offers M Tech, IT through distance mode. Hi Dr Vivek, if you would like to pursue Master of Surgery from Nz then you will first have to write the registration exam. But in Nz the universities offer only Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery which is of 6 yrs in duration. Please try in Australia as you may get Master of Surgery in Monash university.

We have some very good and reputed engineering colleges in India. You can try for IIT and give AIEEE exam for admission in any N.I.T. I suggest then for further higher studies (after B.E) you may plan to do it outside India.

As shiksha is an Education Portal which believes in giving unbiased opinion it would not be fair on our part to judge any Institute or give our personal opinion about the Institute. As the degree given to you would be of PTU IIBS is working just as a study centre for PTU so, it would be counted as a distance education rather than full time regular program and such programs generally dont have a great market value.
I would like to add here that few of the things which you should keep in mind while choosing an Institute are:
First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE)

you have to write the entrance exam SRMEEE conducted on may 2nd every year. u have to get an eligible rank in it to get into the university.the eligibility rank s always 1 to 10000. from those students will be selected by counselling by counselling based on the availability of seats. if you want the same IT course your rank will have to be within 2000. otherwise it is difficult to get the field. but still u can try in management
