Its wrong to quote MCA every time. May be M Sc is Master of Science, post graduate degree in Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics, MCA is Master of Computer Applications, M Com is Masters degree in Commerce, and MBA is Master of Business Administration, a Management post graduate program. Hi Saurabh,
To pursue Ph.D in Hindi the minimum requirement is a Masters degree and without which it is not possible to pursue a Ph.D. In Hindi to pursue PhD, it is advised to acquire a M.A. in Hindi from a recognized University first and then you may opt for the PhD or may write NET to qualify for the lectureship.

Hi Vijay,
If you are doing your graduation in banking & insurance, then the best option after this would be a Management degree i.e. MBA in Finance or Banking. Other options could be Masters in Finance or Masters in Finance & Accounting. You can also look for Certification programs in insurance & banking provided by Institutes like IIBF or Insurance Institute of India.
I would again like to stress that MBA would be the best option.
