There are very few known institutes that will provide you such specific courses on communication, broadcasting etc. and if there are any it will be very difficult to find institutes that provide such courses in Pune so i would request you broader your area of search and look beyond Pune as well. To pursue Ph.D in Hindi the minimum requirement is a Masters degree and without which it is not possible to pursue a Ph.D. In Hindi to pursue PhD, it is advised to acquire a M.A. in Hindi from a recognized University first and then you may opt for the PhD or may write NET to qualify for the lectureship.

If you are doing your graduation in banking & insurance, then the best option after this would be a Management degree i.e. MBA in Finance or Banking. Other options could be Masters in Finance or Masters in Finance & Accounting. You can also look for Certification programs in insurance & banking provided by Institutes like IIBF or Insurance Institute of India.
I would again like to stress that MBA would be the best option.
