There are two ways.
First, apply through the various internship programmes. Keep a check on Internships in India | Internshala for updates on such programmes to various IITs.
Secondly, the one I prefer, start preparing a mailing list of email ids of professors, visiting the websites of the IITs you'd prefer to intern at, and start mailing them, modifying your cover letter a bit for each prof. Send around 100-200 mails to different profs.
P.S. I got an internship in the latter process.

Hi Rutvik,
Your grades are good and admission chances seem pretty good too. Different universities have different requirements and before you apply, you have to check the websites. Your budget is on a lower side so you have to check the fee and check for education loans, etc., if required. If you have a very good profile, the university can give you a scholarship too.

Hi Pawan,
Which course you should pursue must be decided by you, based on your career aspirations and interest. You may study medical if you desire. Alternatively, you may look for other options like B.Sc Agriculture, B.Sc in Biology or Chemistry or Zoology, B.Sc in Forensic Sciences, B.Sc Environmental Science, B.Sc Food and Nutrition and many more. You can select the universities after you have decided what to study. Here is a comprehensive list of all options available:

No, you don't need any type of gap certificate to pursue MBA. But I would suggest you check the eligibility criteria of those MBA colleges in which you are interested to pursue MBA because every college has its own unique set of rules and regulations.
