Dear Friend,
Both Medical Field as well as Engineering Field have their own importance.
One cannot choose the Field based on the Pay scale.
In Medical Field, we need to study a minimum of 10 years. Normally after the Medical Course the Salary will be 55-65k/pm in the beginning (working in others Hospital). After gaining the Experience the income increases gradually. Also, it depends on your Graduation/Course type.
In Engineering Field, after completing the Course, we can expect 85k/pm at the beginning. Once again, it depends on your Graduation/Course type.

You have to narrow down your choice basically, there could be many factors such as your budget, your career goals, the country you want to settle down in, admission requirements, etc. France, Spain, Netherlands, UK, Singapore, New Zealand, Australia, etc., could be good options also keeping note of the fact that you have a three-year degree.
