Santhosh its better to mention which course you are enrolled in, still in SCDL maximum courses are for Management studies, so Probably you will enter in to organisation in a managerial role.

You can go for PG/Masters on Fashion design/Textile design etc.,You can also opt for short courses such as graphic/jewellery designing or image styling as additional qualifications.or you may go for MBA in fashion design/fashion merchandising.

As per your query I would suggest you to pursue undergraduate course in travel and tourism and once completed you should work for 1-2 years in tourism industry and then pursue MBA in travel and tourism.
The advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know what are the market conditions and how day to day operations are carried out in this sector.
As per your query regarding fund to start a business, so for this you may consider taking loan from banks, as nowadays almost all the banks offers loan to start business.
