To start with it is advisable to complete your 12th first as it is the basic requirement to join any course or apply for job in any field.
Then you may join lateral B.Tech course and can directly enter into the second year. If you want to work alongside then you may join correspondence course.

You can take the UGC NET examination. The eligibility for the same as follows:
1. Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Master's Degree OR equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognised by UGC in Humanities (including languages) and Social Science, Computer Science & Applications, Electronic Science etc. are eligible for this Test.
2. Candidates who have appeared OR will be appearing at the qualifying Master's degree (final year) examination and whose result is still awaited OR candidates whose qualifying examinations have been delayed may also apply for this Test.
However, such candidates will be admitted provisionally and shall be considered eligible for award of JRF/Lectureship eligibility only after they have passed their Master's degree examination or equivalent with at least 55% marks.Such candidates must complete their P.G. degree examination within two years from the date of NET result with required percentage of marks, failing which they shall be treated as disqualified.

If you're creative, you can go for Design and Animation. However, you must first check if you're suited for Animation. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in animation design, game design, graphics, storyboarding, 3d modelling, texturing and lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation. However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this (if you work hard you can improve your drawing skills tremendously). Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose. Hello Jagjit, Normally the educational factors required to be considered are as follows:-
1. At least First Class in your Last Qualification.
2. Minimum 6.0 Bands with no less than 5.5 Bands in IELTS
Now, in your case you’ve already scored 6.0 Bands in IELTS, but if you have any module score below 5.5 Bands then I suggest you re-appear for IELTS. The reason is that according to the Latest Immigration Rules & Regulations of Australia if you have a Band Score of 6.0 Bands with any number of module(s)
Below 5.5 Bands then you’re not eligible for a Visa even though you agree to apply for an ELICOS Course.
Also, I would like to inform you that your H.S.C. result shall be taken into consideration and not you’re Diploma.
