As per your query it seems that you have not done graduation, as per your academic profile you are not eligible to pursue MBA as in order to pursue MBA you need to be graduate in any field. So you are not eligible to take CAT or GMAT test.
SAT is a test which need to be taken by students who wish to pursue undergraduate degree from US.
So as you have done 12th; you may surely take SAT test if you wish to pursue undergraduate degree from US.

The criteria for admission into MBA(Fulltime) in JMI is : Eligibility: Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree
(10+2+3) from a recognized University in any discipline
with at least 50% Marks in aggregate or an equivalent
grade.
If u are eligible u can apply for admission by filling up a form available on JMI's website and post it to JMI. JMI conducts its own entrance test for MBA. If u qualify the minimum cut off(which is not disclosed by JMI) , u will have to appear for GD and PI. Candidates are then shortlisted for admission.
Admission Procedure: Admission to the MBA (Full
Time) program shall be granted strictly on the basis of
combined merit of the Entrance Test with a weightage
of 85% of marks, Group Discussion with a weightage
of 5% of marks and Interview with a weightage of 10%
of marks.
