Yes you may surely get jobs abroad after completing MBA in IT provided you fulfil the eligibility criteria for a particular job.
Please remember for a fresher it is very difficult to get jobs abroad.Moreover getting jobs abroad is very competitive as you need to compete with the natives of that country first and then with remaining international candidates.
So as per your query I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing MBA in IT and simultaneously look for jobs abroad.
