Dear Candidate, it depends on where you are applying because some jobs need equivalent courses but for PHD, I am sure that you are not eligible because for PHD, you would need a post graduate degree instead of a diploma.
& i want to ask u one more thing why u want AICTE approved college because this approval for those private college who r providing technical course and PGDM is a management course.

There is no specific eligibility criteria for Graduate Record Examination (GRE) test. You would have to do a lot of hard work. Aspirants can register for the test irrespective of age and qualification. However, the candidate has to fulfill the admission criteria for individual institutes where he/she is applying. Even though, if you crack GRE but top universities sees overall academia. Most of the colleges accept GRE scores more than 320 and above.

That totally depends on you. If you feel that you should opt for a government job, you may do that. However, since you are just 12th pass, getting a good position may not be possible for you. You should focus on graduation and start preparing for exams like:
1. IBPS.
2. UPSC Civil Services.
3. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) combined graduate level exams.
Even if you do not get job, at least your graduation will help you for higher studies or for jobs in private sector. If you do not get job in government sector, on the basis of 12th, you can get hardly job of office assistant or similar. Which gives you salary of hardly Rs.10, 000 to Rs.

AICTE approval is not needed for a PGPM course . Autonomous or private institutes have their own affiliation and that too with government approval . Even IIM, JBIMS, NMIMS, etc are also autonomous universities and have their own affiliation and set of rules and regulations .
