Sorry for not reaching out sooner.
Coming to your question last year general cut-off for CAT was around 80 percentile.
It varies for reserved categories with nc-obc cut-off around 65%ile last year.
No reservations for any stream specific graduate are there so forestry guys dont have an advantage as per weightage is concerned.

Let me clarify your query in two parts; (1) To get admission in PGDM, you need to submit your Bachelors mark sheet and university certificates. Since you are currently doing B.Ed so it is not possible to take admission in PGDM course from any university, even if it is distance or regular. (2) Doing dual degree from two different universities is very risky. However, there is no offense (if you have submitted valid documents) but is will create an excessive pressure and tension over you. It is very hard to handle two subjects at same time.

I am advising you to choose a college as per your own research. Talk to the current students (they can only show you real picture). For your query, for BBA you may consider University of Delhi (first preference), IP University (second preference), Christ University and Amity University-Noida. But rely on your decision.
