Yes, you can take admission in a Ph.D program at Lovely Professional University even if you haven't qualified NET/JRF.
At LPU, eligibility for Ph.D admission in most disciplines (including Computer Applications/Computer Science) requires:
A Master's degree in a relevant field with at least 55% aggregate marks (50% for reserved categories).
Clearing the LPUNEST (Ph.D) entrance exam, which includes a subject-specific test and a research aptitude section.
If you haven't qualified NET/JRF, appearing for LPUNEST is mandatory.
After qualifying LPUNEST, you'll also need to attend a personal interview to present your research interests. LPU provide
