48% is not easily accepted. You must check for pathways and foundation programs in desired countries or universities yourself, the requirements vary. Depending on your profile you may be accepted but I don't want to give you any false expectation. It is therefore best to contact the colleges and check for yourself. Canada, Australia, New Zealand has some of the best pathway programs. But they are also competitive when it marks to academic percentile.

A fresher architect can earn around INR. 15,000-20,000 per month, an Architect with 5 years of experience can earn around INR. 50,000-60,000 per month, with increase in experience the salary increases. In Architecture, normally Architects tend to start their own offices and may earn around INR. 1L-1.5L per month depending on the projects they take.

The centers (Cities) where the CMAT-2019 will be conducted are given in Appendix-1 of CMAT Information Bulletin. While applying, candidates have to select any four cities of their choice. The efforts will be made to allot city of examination to the candidates in order of the choice opted by them in their application form. However, due to administrative reasons, a different city of the nearby area may be allotted. The exam centres and their codes falling under the Kerala state are as under:-

Hello Ashvini,The UGC NET was successfully held from 18th December to 22nd December and the result has been declared for the exam. The NTA conducted UGC NET exam in different cities. The UGC NET Dec Exam was held for 85 subjects and the cutoff marks for each exam is different. The NTA has released the result and cut off marks for the UGC NET December exam.

Yes, you can attend the JEE exam. The preferable photo background is white during the registration process. But you have completed all the necessary formalities and now at the entrance exam stage. So, no problem will arise. However, you may take another print if possible by reducing the contrast.

Going by the trends of previous year (CAT 2017), average CAT percentile who got admitted to IISWBM for MBA (Day) 2018-20 Batch was around 75 %, but there very few are students with 65+% in 2018 Batch. Since you have industrial experience, you have moderate to good chance of getting a call from IISWBM for MBA (Day) programme.
