It depends on the performance every year & also on your profile to get a call.i would say percentile around 80-85 with sectional cut-offs around 50-60 percentile should fetch you a call.but i would again say it all depends on this year's CAT performance.so evrything is dicey till then.

For an MBA in the US, you need to have a first class graduation with a certified English Language test score. When you take the case of Harvard, then certain other formalities also come in. like atleast 70% above marks in your graduation, a good GMAT score and also you need to have atleast 3 - 5 years of managerial experience. The cost involved in the same too is not to the mid range of 5 - 10 lakhs. You need to check and expect the top range 10 - 20 Lakhs.The main thing to understand is that Harvard is a institution which produces quality graduates and when we go there. more than what they ask. we need to be sure that we can compete

As per your profile, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for further studies, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialized course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.
However as per your profile you may consider pursuing some of the below mentioned course:
- Phd in management.
- Masters in HR.
- Masters in Finance.
- Diploma in management, and related course.

Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
