sohan, it's not like that.we can express such words for any institute or college here. IIPM is not AICTE approved.but it provides degree from gulbarga uni. and before that it was another university, bhathiyar uni.so u can think, every year, it changes uni. .rest is your choice.give thumbs up and best answer if u like.

MS in CS is a technical degree generally offered abroad. In India, it is M.TECH CS.
The eligibility is- Pass with 60% aggregate marks in BE/ B.Tech (CSE /IT /ECE) or MCA/ M.Sc (IT/ Computer Science/ Physics/ Mathematics/Stats) or equivalent.
So, it is advisable that you go for MCA or M.SC IT if looking for studying in India. Else you may go for MS abroad.

if you do a diploma in computer application from a private institute, I am afraid to say that most of govt institutes ask for a regular degree approved by AICTE. However this depends on the position they hire you for.In govt sectors you may apply for SSC, Defense Sector. All the best
