Work experience, to some extend matters when we go for good institutes. But you can go for CAT exam without any problem, because selection in good collages depends on the score which you get in competitive exams.

After snap shortlisting, there will be three rounds of evaluation : GE (Group Evaluation), WAT(Written Ability Test) and PI( Personal Interview).
There is no separate interview for finance as such and you are not supposed to know any hardcore finance topics.
Your interview will be focused mainly on your CV and current affairs, so you should brush upon what you have mentioned in your CV and current GK.

Firstly you have to take commerce in class 11 complete class 11 and 12 focus on studies as it is base for CPT. then register with ICAI and appear for CPT.

Their is no chance that your admission will affected on basic of work experience, because Institute of management, Nirma University take both kind of candidate with work ex and without work ex.
Only admission depends is on your CAT percentile and your performance in GD/PI.

But if you are interested in PGDM Retail Management and PGDM Insurance Business Management, then you can apply through CAT, GMAT, CMAT, XAT and MAT scores to these programs.
If you had not given CAT exam, I can infer that MBA wasn't your first priority this Season or some unavoidable circumstances. Anyways if you have time, I mean if you are kinda young, and not in your 30s, I would suggest you to take a break, have some work experience, explore other options for 1 or 2 years. And then you can always come back to MBA.
