International school of design (ISD), France have open their school in Pune with joint collaboration with DSK at Pune. They offer 3 courses under Industrial Design - Product, Transport and Digital Design. It is 5 year Integrated Program. They have 2 entry level, foundation - 3 years and advanced - 2 years. First of all Congrats on your selection in ACM, Pune . I would like to inform you that all good and known B Schools have profound fees structure and NICMAR fees is also more or less same. Apart from that NICMAR has a very good faculty and you have a great opportunity in accessing different libraries and a vast exposure so that you can work. Its a PG College so its not expected that they will nurture everyone , its basically on you if you can use your given time and money wisely being said that NICMAR pass outs end up with a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 18 lac p.a . So its purely on you where you place yourself in the scale of that margin.

Well an interest in programming would get you there. pursue a course in web design and development. Usual Web Design course at Arena is 12-15 months on normal track. The course is called GWDD. Through this you'll be equipped for Graphic Design as well as PHP based opensource website integration, UI Design, etc besides Web Design and Flash Animation and Apps at the end of this period. This would ensure that you're ready for web design and development (the career you're looking at right now) as well as many more career options that the future holds for the design fraternity. So you would not miss out when the growth starts with mobile gaming and LMS. If you are interested to learn elsewhere, you may look for courses similar to this. Internationally too, you must go for Programs that have UID/ UXD as their mainstay. Alternatively you can go for a longer course which has design alongwith animation.
