The cutoffs for even the new and baby IIM's are above 91 percentile. With a score of 17 percentile you would be lucky to get into any college let alone good ones. Forget this year's scores and concentrate on next year.

You don't need to confuse in this course. You have to improve your communication in any of the languages like Hindi or English. Both languages are in demand but you have to choose first and read English and Hindi newspaper as well. And try to watch news English channels and you may improve a lot. Also, you might know that there are a lot of fields in mass communication like editing, designing and camera.

Its good to know the confidence in oneself that you are showing. With marks that you are expecting, there are large number colleges viz different NITs, IIITs etc. All such colleges that are going to admit students based on JEE Mains rank are mentioned on 'JEE-Mains' website. Since Galvanometer is a very sensitive device. If a low value of current pass through the galvanometer, then it may burn of explode. Therefore, it is converted into voltmeter by connecting the coil of the galvanometer with a low resistance in parallel combination ammeter is made. While current is directly proportional to Voltage by Ohm's Law.

There is no particular course which can guarantee you a job. When you talk about a job be clear as to what kind of job you are looking for. Where do you want to settle? Which area in mechanical engineering do you enjoy the most? Check career outcomes of fields like automobiles, robotics, aerospace, manufacturing design, etc. and see what interests you. You can also be more specific with your plans for better guidance.
