First of all, you are not sure. "You think"
So, lets not stress about this right now. As it is 7th of March today, I am assuming that there are several other subjects left for the board exams. So, study well for those and do good.
As far as compartment is concerned, if unfortunately you get in one of your subjects and simultaneously you clear your entrance exams, you won't be going any further. You HAVE TO CLEAR the compartment first.
Maybe, second round of counselling or maybe third.
Private colleges may take you but they also will need you to clear that backlog.

Dear Shruti,
My first advice would be considering EMBA from any reputed institution. It is designed for experienced people like you.
Generally, duration of EMBA is one year and the same will not only save one valuable year but EMBA from a recognised institution is more or equivalent to regular MBA.
I hope it helps.
Best regards.

Dear Kamil,
On the basis of your academics, admission in abroad seems pretty tough. You may try a few unconventional destinations, however I won't recommend due to safety issues. I will suggest, you enroll for an MS in India, work hard on improving your grades and then venture outside for a Graduate Diploma or any short term course.
I hope it will help you.
