Students after completing graduation can immediately join PGDM program of IIM – Ahmadabad, if they get admission. So, don't worry about work experience. All you need is to perform in PGDM program and then interviews of companies coming to campus. If you perform, nothing else you should get worried about.
I hope it helps.

Dear balaji. all specializations are important. but in MBA choose specialisation based on your background.like., if you are B.Com better go for finance spl. because you will be elevated excellently based on your awareness in that area. coming to HR , marketing ,its your interest to excel in that particular domains. anyway based on your nature and attitude try to choose specialisation and work on it extensively.

Hi Ahmed,
The mantra to success is dedication, commitment and determination. Stay focused and work hard towards goal attainment. You will certainly reap results, remember hard work always pays off. Don't underestimate your potential, you are worth a thousand sparrows. Don't let your fear demotivate you or derail you from your future aspirations.
With approximately 5 months left for the exam, it is apt for students to practice as much as they can and pay attention to the weaker areas. However, the toppers have other guidelines too. Follow the given below success mantras from none other than the horse’s mouth itself.

Dear Shubham,
While Open University is not very well accepted & accredited in UK or other countries as the scores & skills are not of the optimum levels in India generally. But if you have done it very well & can write a strong statement of purpose to support, you may try. The UK universities keep vising in many of the agents fairs in India & you should meet them with your complete case file. I am sure they would give you their view on the same. But, leading universities like Oxford, LBS etc. requires GMAT & work experience besides a decent first division in under graduation.
Best regards.
