Also, it depends on the category you belong to out of the four: General/OBC/SC/ST.
If you are planning to apply in DU this year, check all the cut off lists as they come. There is no 'management quota' in DU. Admission is purely based on merit.

No, you don't get a separate degree for Ignou from IIM. That's a separate exam you will have to take.
