Well firstly you have not mentioned any thing related to the kind of course that you are pursuing and also why are you keen to take up lateral entry in India.
But then as per the information given by you, i would mention here that to be able to get lateral entry is valid in a few courses like B.tech / B.Sc in India that too if you are eligible i.e. having a diploma course through a recognized institute.
However, if the institute from where you are pursuing current education has any tie up with an institute in India, in that case you may opt for continuous education from the same.

There are two ways to go about pursuing a career in the Banking sector : One is to pursue some short courses in banking/ masters in the same and the other is to write the Bank PO exams and secure the seats in nationalize/private banks.
