As Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance it would not be fair on my part to give my personal opinion on any specific Institute. However, both the Institutes are decent Institutes, and are amongst the top 50 Management institutes if we rate them keeping in mind all the criterias you have mentioned.
I would also like to add here that to get more indepth information about these Institutes you should visit these institutes and should try and talk to the current batch students and faculty members, also if possible get the alumnae details and interact with them.

HI Rajeev, the fee you have mentioned is normally for UK home students. As an international student you will be required to pay a much higher amount. If you have budget constraints then you can try for South Thames college that offers BBA. Initially you will be admitted for a ABE Diploma and will be required to apay about GBP 5000-6000. After this you can top it up with a BBA from University of Cumbria. The students are required to take up paid internship and the amount earned is enough to pay for the top up of BBA. So you are ultimately paying only approx GBP 6000 towards the whole course fee. Living expenses are additional. Since the college is in London you will incur about GBP 7200 as living expenses.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex ), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses ). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.

MBA in Biotechnology is a relatively new field as compare to MBA finance which is a very traditional and popular field, so you would not find many institutes providing MBA in Biotechnology. Few of the Institutes providing MBA in Biotechnology are: Amity University, Pune University, Suryadatta Institute, Mitcon Institute, and Indian Institute of Management Training.
