Hey ankit. There is no cut off as such, it varies from year to year and based on the number of students who write the test as well as the scores of these students. You have not mentioned your score. If your rank is above 7000 (AIR) you could probably get into a very good stream (EEE, Mechanical, ECE, Computer Science) at the top 3 NITs, that is Trichy, Warangal and Surathkal. You could check www.way2college.com for a better insight statewise colleges thath accept AIEEE scores. All the Best!

Hi Sital,
To be eligible for CAT you need to have a degree from a recognized University with 50% or above aggregate marks, moreover, it should be a complete three years degree and the same applies for most of other competitive examinations as well, so I am really doubtful that your one sitting degree would be acceptable by any of the good B-Schools.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.
Thanks,
Pooja

Hey sarah. Aeronautical Engineering is a very good stream with a lot of possibilities in the future. You could try applying to Anna University, Guindy University, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Pune University, and Delhi University as they have a lot of reputation. If possible go through www.way2college.com, which is a website where you could check the other institutes offering the same course. All the Best!

Hi Barkha,
To get into an MBA programme you need to appear for various Entrance Examinations for which you need to have 50% and above aggregate percentage in graduation from a recognized University.
I would like to add here that most of the good Universities take CAT scores, and CAT is tough nut to crack so, you should start your preparation as early as in the beginning of your final year.
