HI Vasanth, if you do it from Singapore then it is recommended that you opt for one of the National and local Universities. But for this year the deadlines have already passed.
In such a case UK will be a good choice which is your second.
Abroad Universities normally do not offer specialisation with MBA and MBAs are very general courses. If you would like to specialise then you can opt for IB in the final sem as major.
With 2 yrs work ex you can apply to the following Universities in the UK : Sheffield Hallam University, De Mont Ford University, Sunderland Univ, bournemouth Unviersity, Anglia Ruskin University, Greenwich University, Southampton Solent University. The minimum fee at any of these University for MBA is approx GBP 10,000 or more except for Southampton Solent where the fee is GBP 9420 and there is a bursary of GBP 1000 and early payment discount as well.
Living expenses if you join any of the above mentioned Universities will be GBP 5400 per annum. Whereas at Greenwich it could be GBP 7200.
Eligibility : a minimum of 60% would be preferable + 2 yrs work ex. IELTS of 6.5 minimum.

No Universities abroad guarantee any placement. But they do provide assistance with finding jobs and preparing students for the same. you got to make good use and take help of the careers and placement cell. Also, it is not a hidden fact that MBAs are not in demand abroad and MBA graduates find it difficult to find jobs unless they prove their mettle and have an outstanding profile.
