Hi Mahesh, MAsters in Management normally does not require work experience. But the kind of Universities am suggesting to you, your work experience will give an edge over other applicants. Also these Unviersities have several management courses and you may like to browse and finalise on some for yourself. The Universities you can consider applying are : City University, Birmingham University, University of Central Lancashire, loughborough Univ, Durham University, Univ of Reading.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex or are applying for MBA), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS ( 6.5 min for PG courses, some may ask for 7.0). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
