At times we may have to find out the information for ourselves through direct interaction. There could be a chance that your expectations may not be in sync with actual facts and figures.

As per your question it seems that you do not have any prior education in this field but your interest intent is more than enough to begin a career in the IT field.

Very tough. There is no transfer policy within universities in different states. First approach your target college and if college agrees then approach your current college for NOC. Very tough.

Yes. Your plan is good. You can paln MCom and do computer course like basic in computers or some advance diploma course which teaches applications like accounting or tally or financial applications. This way you will utilize your commerce education and upgrade your knowledge and degree certifications.

PR will not depend on whether you pursue a diploma or a degree. To get a PR, you would be required to secure a job in Canada. Getting a job would be easier with a degree rather than a diploma. Therefore, you should opt for masters and not pg diploma.
